Welcome, Ariel!

Welcome to the new 24-25 school year at Algazul!  We have started the year with very good news for bilingualism at our school, since this year we do have a language assistant. Her name is Ariel, and she comes from Salinas, California. Advertisements in 2ºB

Our 2ºB students have recorded several advertisements in their music class. Along with their teacher, Samuel, they had to invent slogans in English, create scripts, and, of course, use the appropriate music. In the final result, the students of this class have once again stood out for their great imagination. Well done, boys and girls! Erasmus+ Welcome Concert

As part of our Erasmus+ project, from April 22 to 26, IES Algazul hosted two teachers from Kurfürst-Salentin-Gymnasium in Andernach, Germany, and a group of ten students with their teachers from ZSO in Kluczbork, Poland. To welcome them, our music teachers, Luis and Samuel, prepared a concert in which some of our students showcased their musical talent. The concert was presented in English by four of our bilingual 2nd ESO students: Emma, Jade, Raúl, and Víctor.
