Music Projects 2ºESO

Nuestro alumnado ha plasmado su creatividad trabajando en equipo al dibujar los diferentes instrumentos que componen una agrupación tan emblemática como la orquesta clásica. 

Como colofón a esta experiencia, el último proyecto del curso ha consistido en el diseño de una completa línea del tiempo musical; un recorrido visual y didáctico que recoge las características clave de cada época, sus obras musicales más célebres, los compositores que hicieron historia, los instrumentos más relevantes y las formas musicales que definieron cada período.

Our students have showcased their creativity by working as a team to draw the different instruments that make up such an iconic ensemble as the Classical orchestra. 

As the grand finale to this experience, the final project of the course consisted of designing a comprehensive musical timeline—a visual and educational journey that brings together the key characteristics of each era, its most famous musical works, the composers who made history, the most relevant instruments, and the musical forms that defined each period.

Bienvenid@s de nuevo a nuestro blog de bilingüismo, en el que os iremos contando algunas de las actividades y proyectos que realizamos en el programa bilingüe. Este curso empezamos con un proyecto de matemáticas en 3º. En esta situación de aprendizaje, el alumnado ha trabajado en grupos de cuatro miembros, fomentando así la colaboración, el reparto de tareas y la toma de decisiones en equipo. A lo largo de la actividad, han tenido que resolver un problema práctico que consistía en calcular el presupuesto más económico para enlosar una habitación, partiendo de tres tipos de losas con distintas medidas, formatos y precios. Para ello, han analizado las opciones disponibles, comparado costes y ajustado los cálculos a las necesidades reales del espacio. Una vez obtenida la solución, cada grupo ha preparado una presentación que posteriormente ha subido a Padlet. Physical Education Projects

Hello! Our bilingual students have carried out several very interesting projects in Physical Education, and we wanted to share them with you. This is what their teacher Julio tells us: During the first term, we worked on content related to physical fitness and warm-up. We created projects on general warm-up in 2nd year of ESO, as well as general and specific warm-up projects in 3rd year of ESO, with the aim of understanding the different parts of a warm-up, the body parts involved, and helping to prevent injuries. In the second term, we worked with 2nd year of ESO on badminton. Our students learned about aspects related to the rules, equipment, playing field, and technical elements. They put it into practice and, in addition, created infographics explaining each of the topics we covered in class. Certamen Provincial Bilingüe

Un año más, nuestro centro ha participado en el Certamen Provincial de Centros Bilingües celebrado este año en el IES Nicolás Salmerón.  Nuestro alumnado representante de 1ºA y 1ºB ha obtenido muy buenos resultados en las pruebas de inglés y, lo más importante, lo han pasado genial en un día de convivencia de los centros bilingües de la provincia.  Compartimos algunas fotos y el vídeo del Karaoke.  ¡Feliz verano! -------------------------------------------------------------- Once again, our school has taken part in the Provincial Contest of Bilingual Schools, held this year at IES Nicolás Salmerón. Our 1st-year A and B students achieved very good results in the English tests and, most importantly, had a great time during a day of fellowship with other bilingual schools from the province.
