Language Immersion in Athlone, Ireland

La semana pasada, parte de nuestro alumnado de 3ºESO pudo disfrutar de una inmersión lingüística en la ciudad de Athlone en Irlanda. Durante esta semana, el alumnado tuvo la oportunidad de conocer cómo vive una familia irlandesa, conocer sus costumbres, practicar su inglés, y, sobre todo, divertirse. 

Entre las actividades que realizaron en Athlone, aparte de recibir clases de inglés, podemos destacar las excursiones a Clonmacnoise y a Dublín, así como diferentes juegos y búsqueda del tesoro. 

Nuestro alumnado aprovechó esta oportunidad al máximo y esperamos que les haya motivado para seguir estudiando idiomas y viajar.




Last week, some of our 3rd-year ESO students had the opportunity to experience a language immersion program in the city of Athlone, Ireland. During this week, the students got the chance to learn about the life of an Irish family, discover their customs, practice their English, and, above all, have fun.

Among the activities they participated in while in Athlone, aside from attending English classes, we can highlight trips to Clonmacnoise and Dublin, as well as various games and a treasure hunt.

Our students made the most of this opportunity, and we hope it has inspired them to continue studying languages and traveling.

Music and Geography Projects

 ¡Hola a todos y todas! No queríamos irnos de vacaciones sin mostraros los maravillosos proyectos que nuestro alumnado de 3ºESO ha llevado a cabo en las materias bilingües de Geografía y Música. En Geografía han viajado alrededor del mundo descubriendo diferentes culturas, comidas, etc., mientras que en Música han creado atractivas infografías sobre músicas modernas. Advertisements in 2ºB

Our 2ºB students have recorded several advertisements in their music class. Along with their teacher, Samuel, they had to invent slogans in English, create scripts, and, of course, use the appropriate music. In the final result, the students of this class have once again stood out for their great imagination. Well done, boys and girls!
