Infographics in Maths

In 3rd and 4th ESO, our students have made some infographics in their Maths lessons. 

The infographics in 3ºB include the following:

  • information about the problem of plastic waste caused by humans 
  • data in scientific notation on the amount of plastic used in greenhouses or plastic consumption in homes
  • text to raise awareness among others about the problem of plastics
  • proposals to reduce consumption
This is a topic that belongs to one of our Erasmus+ objectives too.

The ones that 4ºB made include the following:

  • information about the Golden Number
  • what is the golden number? 
  • indicates its characteristics and properties
  • relationship with art and nature

En 3º y 4º ESO, el alumnado ha preparado infografías en su clase de matemáticas. En 3ºB han trabajado sobre el problema que supone el consumo de plástico y cómo reducirlo, un tema, además que pertenece a uno de nuestros objetivos Erasmus+. En 4ºB han trabajado sobre el fascinante "número de oro" o "número áureo".

 Hey! Unfortunately, this year there is no language assistant in our school. However, our students learnt a lot from our language assistant Eleanor, from the UK. Therefore, our students from 2nd ESO B, Emma, Víctor, Natalia and Mario, gave an oral presentation in 1st ESO B to tell them about everything they learnt last year with Eleanor regarding Halloween traditions.  What will be next... Christmas? -------------------------------------- Desafortunadamente, este curso no contamos con auxiliar de conversación en el centro. Sin embargo, nuestros/as estudiantes aprendieron muchísimo de la auxiliar del curso pasado, Eleanor de Reino Unido. English is so much fun!

 Hello, readers! At our school, we love learning throughout very different methods. For example, we love using learning stations. We have different learning stations with different activities that we all have to complete in groups, but... in five minutes! When the time is up, we must stand up and run to the next station. This may seem stressing, but it is so much fun! On these photos, you can see 2ºB students revising the present tenses. --------------------------------------------- ¡Buenos días, lectores y lectoras de nuestro blog! En nuestro instituto, nos encanta aprender a través de métodos diferentes. Por ejemplo, nos encanta utilizar estaciones de aprendizaje. Contamos con diferentes estaciones con actividades distintas que todos y todas debemos completar en grupos, pero... ¡en solo cinco minutos! My first days at school
